REFUND POLICY
Rayo Builders Inc. issues refunds only for unused deposits on work not yet started. Once labor, materials, permitting services, or project coordination begin, payments become non‑refundable. Custom materials, special‑order items, engineering fees, architectural services, and third‑party professional costs are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. All changes to scope must be documented through a written change order and may affect pricing, timelines, and eligibility for refunds.
